Join us for an unforgettable evening where taste meets impact—and your presence can help protect a centuries-old tradition threatened by climate change.
In partnership with the Social Justice Action Team of Follen Church and Dar Si Hmad, a leading Moroccan environmental foundation, Curio Spice Co. is raising crucial funds for the Rose Oasis Project—a climate resilience initiative supporting women farmers in Morocco’s breathtaking Mgoun Valley. These farmers cultivate the Damask rose, a symbol of beauty and a lifeline for their community—now endangered by drought and shifting weather patterns.
Why it matters:
The roses we source from this region—organically grown and hand-harvested by a women-run co-op—are not just ingredients. They are a source of income, empowerment, and cultural heritage. Without urgent support, they could vanish.
What to expect:
