Join us on Thursday, August 7th at Elaine’s as we welcome award-winning author of 21 books/Chef Amy Riolo. You’ll enjoy a “Moroccan Treasures” presentation featuring a virtual culinary journey through Morocco’s cuisine and culture as well as a mouthwatering 4 – course Moroccan dinner made with Chef Riolo’s recipes. Chef Riolo will be joined by Alex Safos, Owner of Indigo Gazelle Tours, to discuss their November 8-16, 2025 Morocco Cuisine & Culture Tour.” The evening will conclude with a Q & A session about the tour and book signing opportunity with the author.
