Join us on Thursday, April 16 from 6–8 PM for an evening of shared dishes and conversation inspired by Falestin by Sami Tamimi.

Falestin is rooted in memory, place, and identity—celebrating the flavors of Palestine through dishes that are bold, generous, and deeply connected to land and lineage. Expect a table filled with herbs, spices, grains, and dishes meant to be passed, shared, and talked about.

Each participant selects a recipe from the book, prepares it in advance, and brings it to share. Together, we create a menu that reflects the depth and vibrancy of Palestinian cuisine.
