Since 1936, the Midwest Federation of Lebanese-Syrian Clubs, Inc.., has been an influential organization to socially network individuals and families who are of Middle Eastern origin or descent. The strength of the Midwest Federation lies in its 'local' member clubs. These clubs are found throughout the Midwest, in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and Kansas
