Community

Founded in 2002, the Arab American and Muslim Congress sponsors workshops, seminars and conferences in the United States and the Middle East. The organization has been promoting peace, freedom, human rights, education and anti-discrimination throughout the world in general and within the United States and the Middle East in particular through dialog , acceptance and understanding of the differences and beliefs of many cultural Groups. The Arab American and Muslim Congress is an umbrella organization representing many Arab and Muslim American organizations to work for lobbying the Arab and Muslim American issues.

The Arab American Bar Association is one of the oldest special purpose bar associations recognized by the State Bar of Michigan. Its membership consists of attorneys, judges, prominent political figures and other professionals who share a devotion and appreciation for the law and middle eastern traditions and values. Members and participants enjoy regular social events, professional networking and continuing legal education. Members and participants also enjoy opportunities to interact with judicial officers and candidates as well as other special purpose bar associations.
