From Hummus to Preserved Lemon Chicken Tagine. Chef Sam will teach you about the ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques that make these dishes taste the way they’re supposed to: vibrant, rich, and irresistible.
But Before that will start by making a super creamy Hummus. This authentic Side dish is the best you’ll ever taste!
