Moroccan cuisine is known for its intoxicating blend of spices, fresh herbs, and the perfect balance of savory and sweet—and in this hands-on class, you’ll bring those elements to life in a menu that’s as vibrant as it is satisfying. From fragrant, slow-building flavors to rich, honey-kissed finishes, every dish is designed to feel a little indulgent and a lot unforgettable.

All the hits, made entirely from scratch!

  • Homemade Moroccan Flat Bread
  • Zaalouk (Roasted Eggplant & Spiced Tomato Dip)
  • Orange Mint Couscous Salad

  • Grilled Kefta (Seasoned Ground Beef & Lamb Skewers)
