Why do so many countries want to colonize the Arab world? The Arab world is not only beautiful but powerful in many ways also. Furthermore, it contains some of the most influential and wealthy individuals in the world. The Arab world has many strategic locations that could allow many countries to bolster their power and influence in politics and resources. In this article, it’ll be explained what makes the Arab world such a desired target for colonization.

What is Colonization?

What is colonization? Colonization has been happening since man was first created. There are many definitions of colonization. One definition is the action or process of settling among and establishing control over the indigenous people of an area. Another definition is the action or process of settling among and establishing control over the indigenous people of an area.

Colonization is a horrible act that has happened to many. The British colonized the people of Africa in the 1870s. It happened to the Native Americans in the 16th century and they were forced to leave their homes in the 19th century by the American colonizers. Colonization steals the homes and culture of the people that live there.

Oil

Oil is an extremely limited and valuable resource in today’s world. Although every country should be trying to change due to its disastrous effects on our environment this is frustratingly not the case. Sadly with a world that has still not fully integrated technology so that we have no need for oil, it is an important asset to countries today. Many countries want to colonize the Arab world due to its large amount of oil reserves. The largest share of oil production throughout the world is in the middle east. Saudi Arabia has the second-largest amount of oil reserves in the world. It contains over 268 billion barrels of oil. It produces over 10.3 million barrels of oil a day. This gives it a lot of influence and wealth in the economy. However, this also makes the Arab world a target in which many countries want to take control.

Red Sea

The Red Sea is another reason why many countries want to colonize the Arab world. The Red Sea is a seawater inlet to the Indian ocean. It was first put to its full potential by the ancient Egyptians. They used it for transporting goods for trade and traveling. It was also used by the Romans to trade with India. Also, today the red sea is heavily protected by many government organizations due to its heavily used trade system. It’s one of the world’s most dominant trade systems.

The beauty and scientific discoveries of the Red Sea are one of the reasons the Arab world is a huge target for colonization. The Red Sea also has a very rich and diverse eco-system. There are over 1000 species of fish in the Red Sea. 10% of the species aren’t even found anywhere else in the world. The Red Sea also contains beautiful beaches. The resorts at the Red Sea are worth seeing if you’re near that area!

Wealth

The Arab world is extremely wealthy. Its economy is very diverse in that it has a large amount of extremely successful business sectors. This is another reason why many countries want to colonize the Arab world. Qatar is one of the richest countries in the world based on per capita. Its GDP is $124,930 per person. This is insane compared to many countries that aren’t even close to that amount.

One of the reasons the Arab world is so wealthy is because of the individualistic entrepreneurs and business moguls that are a part of it. The richest man in the Arab world is Nassef Sawiris who is worth over 6 billion dollars. He owns OCI which is one of the world’s largest nitrogen fertilizer producers.

Culture

Lastly, one of the most significant reasons that many countries want to colonize the Arab world is because of it’s rich and diverse culture. The Arab world contains beautiful music. Not only beautiful music but amazing vocalists and musicians also. It has some of the most delicious and nutritious dishes known to man. Some of these are mainstream in countries such as America like hummus or falafel. The Arab world has beautiful art and monuments.

The Arab world is as strong as it’s culture and will never be colonized!
